5 Day Service Guidelines:

Orders must be to factory by 4 p.m. CST.
5 Day Service refers to production time.
Orders utilizing individual drop shipment directly to recipients will be available for shipment 10 working days from factory's receipt of complete and accurate mailing list.
For items R124, R111, R116, R137 that request pad printing on the bowls, production time will be 7 working days for order shipping to one location and 10 working days for orders requesting individual drop shipments directly to recipients.
Orders must include complete details (including shipping information) that do not change upon receipt at Maple Ridge Farms.
If proof is requested, production time begins upon approval of proof.
Orders must be at least the catalog minimum quantity and not greater than published catalog quantities.
